Breathwork and Meditation is a monthly hybrid event on the 3rd Thursday of the month, unless otherwise noted on our calendar. Experience the class in-person at the library or via Zoom!

Join us to experience breathwork coupled with a deep guided meditation.

All are welcome, whether you are looking to combat day-to-day stress using meditation or you'd like to uncover subtle layers of yourself by diving deep! No experience in meditation is necessary. After the meditation we will engage in a discussion inspired by wisdom from the Yogic tradition as it relates to our everyday life.

Bio:

Lipi is an engineer by profession and a 1000+ hour trained breathwork and meditation faculty. She has trained with the Art of Living foundation, a non-profit which offers stress elimination and self-development programs based on breathing techniques, meditation and yoga.

Over the last five years, Lipi has been involved with bringing breathwork and meditation techniques to communities around her. She has a deep interest in healing and holistic health and natural medicine, the knowledge of which she likes to continually pursue and share.
