Learn about the history and fermentation process of what the ancient Greeks referred to as, “The nectar of the gods”. 

We’ll be delving into how to make mead, best practices, scientific breakdowns, and safety guidelines when dealing with active fermentation.

Make and Take includes a mason jar with a grommet lid, an airlock, honey, yeast(EC-1118) and a hydrometer kit.
