Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. This type of yoga helps you quiet the mind, as you let go and allow stillness to come. This class is inclusive of all levels and abilities.

What to bring to class:

Yoga mat, blanket or towel, water, and eye cover.

Manuela is a dedicated yoga teacher passionate about people and healing. With over two years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga, Manuela has developed a unique approach that combines ancient traditions with modern insights tailored to the needs and goals of each student.
